Meet Steven
I'm a UK qualified business law solicitor, and I've spent the last 15+ years advising businesses on all sorts of legal challenges. That's my main focus — helping businesses thrive by getting the legal stuff right.
But settlement agreements are different. They're not about complicated corporate structures or commercial disputes. They're about people going through a really difficult time — redundancy, a relationship breakdown at work, or a situation that's just become untenable.
That's why I make time for settlement agreements, even though they're only a small part of what I do. I genuinely care about helping people understand their options, get a fair deal, and move forward with confidence. I work with a human approach — taking time to discuss the real issues, explaining things plainly, and treating people with the dignity they deserve.
I've been signing off settlement agreements since 2008. I sign hundreds each year. I know this territory inside out, and I know how stressful it can be. My job is to make it less stressful and to help you get a result you can actually feel good about.

Why I Do This
